University Partnership Officer


Key Areas of Responsibility

Event and Project Management

  • Assist the Senior University Partnership Officer in delivering effective university events, both in person and online, through collaboration with our university partners.

The right candidate should have approximately 2-5 years of experience processing visa applications for the USA.

  • The Visa Officer is responsible for receiving and reviewing data/applications related to financials.
  • Awareness of acceptable mode of financials and financial verification.
  • Liaising with recruitment partners (B2B) to support their students in visa processing + direct students (B2C) for visa assistance.
  • Provide training sessions to partners for visa process assistance and keep them updated regarding any changes in the visa process for the USA.
  • Speak with students, in case of any queries related to visas.
