Payment Terms & Conditions

To make payments for any programme or purchase marketing services or products offered by MetaApply through the Platform, internet access and a valid accepted payment method (“Payment Method”) at sign-up are essential. MetaApply, in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, does not retain credit card information; instead, it has partnered with payment gateways for transaction processing. By using a third-party payment provider, you agree to adhere to their terms. If MetaApply’s third-party payment provider stores any information, MetaApply is not liable for such storage, and it is at your discretion to allow or disallow such information storage. MetaApply is not responsible for any loss of information or losses incurred due to the use of such information, and it will not reimburse or make good such losses. Additionally, you agree to pay applicable fees for payments made through the Platform.

MetaApply does not require you to make payments for any purpose in any individual’s bank account. Any payments for any purpose, including applications, deposits, tuition fee payments, or to purchase of any marketing service packages offered by MetaApply, must be made through the official MetaApply payment channels.

MetaApply and its representatives will not request OTP or other authentication-related information for any purpose. Caution is advised during payments and financial transactions.

Refund Policy

In case of any breach of service or contract, fraud committed by one of our experts/agents/associates at MetaApply, we will offer you full refund. Also, in such cases we will take strict action against the expert, including issuing an immediate refund. However, refund requests based on a ‘change of mind’, shall not be covered under our Refund policy. Programme cancellation follows the refund policy, with specific terms for each programme. All products are sold ‘as is.’ If you wish to change your purchase/service, you may contact us within 30 days from the purchase date.

Failure to pay the applicable Programme fee may lead to the withdrawal of access to the Programme. Depending on transaction location, payment method, and currency, foreign exchange fees or rates may apply. MetaApply supports all payment methods, currencies, or locations. Applicable taxes are calculated based on billing information provided during enrolment/purchase.
